David Frank was born in New York. He graduated from the University of Rochester and received his Juris Doctor and his Masters of Studies in Law from Vermont Law
School. Mr. Frank clerked with the legislative staff of Congresswoman Geraldine Ferraro in Washington D.C. He worked at the Department of Justice Environmental
Enforcement Section and with the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. Mr. Frank also worked with the Texas Attorney General's Office shortly before starting his
own practice in 1993.
The law office is located in downtown Austin, within two blocks of the Travis County Courthouse. Criminal matters are taken seriously and privacy is always
maintained. Mr. Frank has substantial experience in negotiating favorable plea agreements, pretrial litigation, and trial work. Mr. Frank also handles criminal
appeals.
