He worked at the Department of Justice Environmental Enforcement Section and with the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. Mr. Frank also worked with the Texas Attorney General's Office shortly before starting his own practice in 1993.

The law office is located in downtown Austin, within two blocks of the Travis County Courthouse. Criminal matters are taken seriously and privacy is always maintained.
